Bandage Bio

Bandage has a short history starting with the five original members (there are now only four.) It started when Paul Koglin, the singer, and John Stevenson, one of the original guitarists, decided to start a band. They began by recruiting members for the band. The hardest to find were the drummers Tyler Rollhaus and Jeremiah Skaggs. They found a rhythm guitarist in Bobby Propes. It took John, Bobby, and Paul to find a bass player. It seemed that they asked everyone in the school. Finally after a long search, they found promise in an upcoming bassist, Shane Hughes. He was one of the best bass players any of them had ever heard. He became their bass player. They now had all but a drummer. It took them almost half a year to find the drummer. Jeremiah had a shop class with Paul, the singer, and Paul asked if he wanted to be the bands drummer. He accepted. They now had a full band. Bandage soon fell into disarray though. John quit the band in early December claiming he wasn't good enough for the band, even though he was perfectly fine. Jeremiah quit to join a different band, which evidentally split up three weeks later. They were now stuck with a singer, guitarist, and bass player only. They had their first gig coming up in two weeks and still had no drummer. They began to again ask around with no real hope of finding anyone in two weeks. The band picked up drummer Tyler Rollhaus. On May 5th, 2004 Bandage re-hired former member John Stevenson as third guitarist. There are many rumors surfacing now that Bandage has gotten rid of former member Tyler Rollhaus, and picked up drummer Chris Chiles. These rumors can indeed be confirmed. On May 10th, 2004 the band picked up Chris, shunting aside Tyler in the process. Chris Chiles, John Stevenson, and Bobby Propes have now officially quit Bandage. There were rumors before, but they are now found to be true. Bandage breaks up in mid-late 2005 due to disagreements between the band members.
